They don`t treat their employees so well or try to keep them in the company, even after years of working there. Their goal is to have a lot of cheap interns.. They make their employees over work extremely, because they are not willing to hire enough people for their rolls. HR often ignores emails and very very slow. All in all, if you try to come to Switzerland it sounds a fancy opportunity to start with, they provide job and accommodation. But otherwise, people do not stay long here.
