The hours were great, the work environment is relaxed, the people can be fun to work with, and the area is nice.

Bosses cared about little things and minor details, yet the big picture problems seemed to not phase anyone.

The hours, distance and pay were really good for me. The director does care about her staff and works to the best of her abilities to help you and support you.

I came in at a time of pivotal transition and it was completely unorganized and chaotic. Your benefits if you are full time don’t kick in until 6 months after you’ve started working. The direct management of the preschool itself is pretty weak.
