Unfortunately with the Pritzker buyout and various new upper level managers in the corporate hierarchy over the past few years, the work culture has tanked and it's now a high stress environment with no recognition and constant "stretch" goals. They're now trying to squeeze the last drop out of employees. Such a draining place to work. They tout "diversity and inclusion", "integrity" and "constant improvement", which only pertains to the color of your skin and not having a sharp mind to question the status quo.
