Kene really invested in their operations team which meant that all aspects of your work life were accounted for and taken care of. This resulted in a really efficient process and overall great working environment. The people there really make the company what it is, they hire only the best of the best. They provide a lot of training which is a huge focus for them, meaning you will be top of your game. The financial specialists are truly experts which meant that any questions you have, would be answered. The company is also really flexible and accommodating to any personal needs. Several employees have specific needs and its very much a case-by-case basis which is great. The managers there are truly great, they are all really personable and you can rely on them which is great. I was really lucky with mine specifically and am forever grateful for their guidance. Honestly, it is a really great job if you get it because you will make lifelong friends. The benefits are also incredible, from the healthcare to the extra holiday days, you won't feel burnt out here.

Honestly, nothing you wouldn't see at any other Company. I only have good words to say about the company after being there for close to two years. I personally left to maximise my salary but have seen the employees there stick it out and benefit from great pay.
