You’re not just doing backend work—you actually understand how things impact the client. The team is also helpful, and there’s a sense of ownership in the work.

That said, there are some areas that could be better. Sometimes data and system-related inconsistencies create extra work, and processes aren’t always very streamlined. A bit more structure and clearer communication between teams would make things much smoother.
