Sometimes frustrating that you have to rely on management to provide proper materials and leadership to other staff. There is little delegation, one manager will be directly responsible for over 20 people and as a result little supervision or coaching often results. Some kids barely out of school could use a mentor to guide them in their first job but that barely seems to happen.
