Management, depending on location. I worked at two different locations -loved one and hated the other. Inventory and vacation blackout periods are a hassle as they occur during the university midterm season and require students to work up to 19 hours in one weekend, with no exceptions. Almost always have insufficient staff due to the management style in my particular store. People quit because one manager does not treat staff with respect and bullies them. Many have taken multiple medical stress leaves.
