Small and flat organisation, that allows fast approval and decision-making.

Lack of career opportunities, learnings and company culture is not good.

They have many branches so easy to find one close to your house. Off on weekday good to avoid crowds- if you still have the energy to go out after working 6 full days.

Long hours including 10 hour shifts on both weekend. Sometimes get called to HQ for additional "training" that is of little help compared to on-the-job learning. No or little opportunities for advancement or development. Like running your own business but you don't get to make the decisions, you just do all the menial duties. Poor business practices. Headquarters insufficient to effectively manage all branches.
