Long hours including 10 hour shifts on both weekend. Sometimes get called to HQ for additional "training" that is of little help compared to on-the-job learning.
No or little opportunities for advancement or development. Like running your own business but you don't get to make the decisions, you just do all the menial duties.
Poor business practices. Headquarters insufficient to effectively manage all branches.
