Everything is great from 8-5 regular buisness hours. Calls are steady so time flies. You get your own working space. Everyone there is nice and will help no matter the questions you may have.

After 5pm there are barely any calls. Its to quiet. Im being paid to sit and watch youtube or netflix. Everyone waits for the next call and in between do whatever. Flat pay rate. No chance to grow with the company. They dont give you the times you were promised to work. It always changes.

I found that the support from corporate was great. They were present and responsive when there were questions or issues. The team on the ground was the best!

I enjoyed my coworkers. I also enjoyed learning about the software and the position. I learned a lot there!

When I came in, it was because they needed someone ASAP who was capable of adapting quickly, and I did (which surprised even me since it's chaotic over there). They appraised me for my performance so much because the candidate who came before me stayed less than a week. The position was challenging, but I was not afraid and preferred it that way!! I thought I had the job because there was no indication otherwise. I had another offer, and before rejecting that offer, I double-checked my performance, and everything was good!!! Guess what, they were just buying time for the candidate they selected within, I thought it was because of my performance, but they asked me to train that person so, it was not performance-based but corporate games.
