Below average wages, poor base bonus % Low moral Mental exhaustion Management expect you to be dedicated to your job, working outside your normal hours to meet the unrealistic deadlines. ASRs carried out by Management who do not know the employees they are reviewing. Everyone is different, different skillsets, different product knowledge. How can someone who does not know you, say what you are worth? Don't feel valued or respected by Management.
