People were generally pretty friendly especially because the Auckland plant is small (about 90 people on site).

- We were really under staffed and overworked- always asked to work 6 days a week even though we were only contracted and paid to work 5 days (total 40 hours) a week. If you said you weren't available to work on the weekend due to prior commitment the supervisor was really mean about it. - There were no staff benefits - Pay was terrible

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Svantaggi

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.

You learn a great deal, and the work environment is very dynamic and fast-paced.

The work environment felt very competitive and sometimes difficult to navigate. There was frequent micromanagement and inconsistency in management style. At times, favoritism seemed to affect the workplace environment, making it feel less supportive for some employees. Employees’ work and accomplishments were sometimes minimized or undervalued, and certain comments could be perceived as discriminatory, which negatively affected morale and job satisfaction.
