      Leadership/management team needs to be more aligned on goals, strategy and deliverables. Pay increment is very minimal. Slow career growth.

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
