Every day you are surrounded by motivators, innovators and leaders who encourage you to become the best Grand Performer you can be. The hotel is your stage and to the company you are not just another "employee," you are a Grand Performer who comes to work every day and leaves the day with a standing ovation for your performance. The company also has properties all over the country (FL, GA, AL, CO, SC, NC) - and they do a lot of internal promotions. I have loved my time at the Kessler Collection and encourage you to apply for open positions - the company culture is unlike any other hotel brand out there!

I was hired at almost 2 dollars less than the people that were hired a week before and a week after me. Evem with 5 plus years in hospitality. Within 3 days I was degraded in front of a guest. So bad that they wrote about their experience. Nothing was done. After a meeting with H. R the person who actually did the degradation try to retaliate against me. And said that I threatened and made them feel unsafe.. you can try to pull the anger man card. So after checking cameras and doing their investigation, I'm still employed. I still work with this person. I don't feel safe because this person has lied on my name. Once and I'm sure we'll do it again. How is this allowed to happen with HR? And all the established rules and regulations
