Beaver Creek Village has lots to offer during any season. This property is centrally located.

This property does not hire from within. They tend do hire their friends or people who do not have a great understanding of job so as to not have a work life balance. Insurance is poor/too expensive. Management does not care for the employees (Grand Performers)

I was hired at almost 2 dollars less than the people that were hired a week before and a week after me. Evem with 5 plus years in hospitality. Within 3 days I was degraded in front of a guest. So bad that they wrote about their experience. Nothing was done. After a meeting with H. R the person who actually did the degradation try to retaliate against me. And said that I threatened and made them feel unsafe.. you can try to pull the anger man card. So after checking cameras and doing their investigation, I'm still employed. I still work with this person. I don't feel safe because this person has lied on my name. Once and I'm sure we'll do it again. How is this allowed to happen with HR? And all the established rules and regulations
