When there are poor performers, they are willing to push them out if it is best for the whole. their employee engagement survey results as a company (done yearly), put them at the top of the hospitality industry.

every company has negatives and to think that there aren't any when interviewing is naive. Take the negative feedback on this site for what it is...mainly from ex-employees. Your ideas are heard, but don't be hurt if corporate or your managers don't agree with your opinion. That isn't always going to be the case. Corporate does have the family run feel but they do a great job as they are very skilled and knowledgeable about what they do. as they have grown they are also expanding their corporate office with hospitality professionals. this is good!
