Kestrel is very interested in finding quality people and investing in their growth. It also has a great culture and teamwork atmosphere.

I can't think of any cons.

This company has done a terrific job of selecting the best and the brightest who are also humble. The management team really cares about their people and their families. The management sets a tone of teamwork and they are willing to do (and have done) anything they ask somebody else to do.

Non really; however, if somebody does not communicate well remotely they may struggle. With four offices and clients on the field, one needs to be able to feel comfortable working with others who are not in the same office whether ot is email, phone, or instant messaging.
