There’s a strong internal politics culture and a lack of transparency beneath an outwardly friendly facade. Leadership tends to operate with a top-down mindset where differing perspectives are discouraged, limiting autonomy and open dialogue. When challenges arise, there's no accountability with responsibility always shifting away from leadership.
