Small campus - you get to know everyone just like family, including the students. Some of the perks are great, such as the rec center - and having access to use it

Svantaggi

Just like family - there's usually a bad seed. Low pay, very little advancement. New administration is making changes frequently and creating a very unsettled work environment. Location - Flint, MI.

There are opportunities to wade into the IT field as well as opportunities to gain leadership experience. This is a great job if you want to earn some cash while studying as well as pick up a few skills along the way.

Svantaggi

There can be downtimes where you are simply being paid to do homework, and personally I would prefer more work given that I am being paid.
