-Every day you can tell that the company is very focused on making positive change and decarbonizing the power grid -Very talented co-workers who are there to support you and help you learn new skills -Getting flexibility to work on projects that interest you and develop new solutions -Remote working environment, but occasional in-person meetups

Occasionally some tight deadlines working with utilities that cause the need for occasional overtime some weeks

Kevala hires smart, passionate people. The team cares about doing a good job. The vision is interesting and the mission, while diluted, is admirable. Lot of interesting problems to solve.

Leadership doesn't really understand the idea of focus. Expectations and operating model demonstrably maligned with available resources and customer intent. Utter lack of transparency and financial stewardship.
