With new developments under way and the growing popularity of of the areas our buildings are in, everyday there is something new to explore and go getters committed to results are recognized and can advance steadily.

Everyone was so friendly and happy to help out where needed, office is very easy to get to by public transportation, everyone seems to genuinely enjoy going in to work.

I applied for a Finance/Leasing Assistant roll and expected to be doing a lot more along the lines of finance/accounting and data management from the job description. What I actually ended up doing was about 60% copying/scanning leases and organizing binders, 25% inputting data into excel sheets, and 15% reviewing journal entries. I enjoyed being at work and the people I was with, but the job itself was not what I had expected it to be based on the description. Either make it more clear what the intern will be doing or actually give more meaningful work like described online.
