Worst job I've had - Recensione dipendente - Call Center Representative presso Key Health Plans

They dont have a set schedule. Shifts and company hours changed more than twice a month say m-f 8a-5p then to mwf 8a-8p. Super dumb. Management gives impossible goals that noone can meet, and still scold you for not meeting the goal. And if you ever do surpass the goal they hound you to keep working faster until you clock out. They dont have any sort of order within management. Just alot of delegation and blaming others. And will fire you to keep thier story straight.
