Terrible Company - Recensione dipendente - Carer presso Key Healthcare

Care staff are treated poorly. Underpaid and over worked. Staff would cover for no show agency staff, working right the way through to another shift. No better thought of. HO don't care about their staff or Management. Always trying to penny pinch with their wages. Reluctant to supply uniforms. Staff were sharing or bought their own. Expected to use a faulty clocking system, and if your clocking times were not correct they wouldn't pay or make you argue to get what you worked for. Data protection is shocking. Money is unaccounted for or stolen. Lack of support from HO , don't care for new or better ways to work. Terrible , terrible company to work for. Avoid at all costs.
