Well defined values and culture that the leaders truly promote and exemplify. By far the best culture I have worked for and the most humble, caring, and committed leadership team. They are constantly improving and really care about their people personally and professionally.

Lack of focus and structure in some areas, but they are actively addressing these issues.

Great team that is friendly and always willing to help. Management sincerely cares about you as a person.

Development was stagnated after about 5 months. Weekly trainings stopped when they shouldn't have and when asking for more training in specific areas to develop, was told yes, but rarely happened.
