Vantaggi
There is certainly a lot of variety in the type of work that you'll be doing. People working here are nice and are generally supportive. They promote from within when possible.
Svantaggi
Sales team is completely disconnected. Management is largely absent; concept of leadership feels like a motivational poster. Company is process immature and lacks clear definition of job roles; work is haphazardly assigned.

Many procedures been updated in the past couple of years ( Thank you staff! )
As mentioned in other responses, the division of roles/duties at a more granular level has really helped staff focus on what they are best at. The addition of unlimited Udemy training and 1 hour a week of paid training time for each employee has also allowed employees to hone their skills.
I can't say enough about the employees at Key Methods. The company is built and held together by the hard work of the many talented technicians and administrators. Professional, smart, and caring, they always put their best foot forward day in and day out. I have gained many lasting friendships and professional relationships with these people for which I am forever grateful. The experience gained in just a short period of time is awesome and there is definitely something new and different every day.
Svantaggi
The leadership team is absent most days and works remotely from their fancy houses and/or houseboats. You have to pull teeth to get any kind of pay raise and the workload to pay ratio is way off (between 20-25 clients per person account manager). Leadership tends to unintentionally flaunt their money and fancy toys in front of the employees while the hard-working employees who keep the company running are living paycheck to paycheck.

A little over 2 years have past since this review was posted so time for an update:
The "Technical Account Manager Role" that was mentioned was eliminated and the duties that were covered by that role have been divided among multiple departments ( Account Manager, SysAdmin, NetAdmin, and VCIO ). Few techs were able to juggle all those duties well. Those that could had a high probability of stressing or burning out. Like most companies our success comes from repeating those things that work well and changing the things that don't. That's what we adhere to another one of our core values - "Embrace Change" - With change comes opportunity.
