- Door to Door Sales Position - Minimum wage base salary was offered. Not an actual base salary or even a draw. Either take home minimum wage or $80 from each sales. If you do not meet the sales goal, you will get $11/hour for the hours worked. - Management team is still on the road doing door to door sales. - Even the management personnel is paid based on the commission of the rest of the staff. No salary. - Schedule includes working over 40 hours a week. Does not include an overtime rate. - Very similar company hierarchy to a pyramid scheme.

At KPS, you definitely get out what you put in. There is no "seniority," which I love. I've worked hard my entire life, so it is finally nice to be in an environment that appreciates that. On top of all that, they have the best team environment. I've been working here for 2 months and I already feel like I know some of these people for years!

Like I said, what you put out is what you get back. That means you do have to work a lot, but I promise it is worth it!

There is a lot of opportunity to cross-train in all departments of client relations, marketing, sales and management. I received a full week of training and continuous support from others in the office. I appreciate their patience with me as I started with little to no experience in marketing. In just 4 months, I am heavily involved in training and development of new employees and operations management.

The environment is very inclusive on projects and everyone expected to participate. If you are looking to sit at a desk and watch the clock, then this is not the place for you. This position is for someone who enjoys contributing in a group setting and being held accountable and rewarded generously for their individual performance. Work/life balance can be hard in the beginning while learning everything and takes some additional effort. But it levels out as you become more competent in the skills you acquire through training.
