I worked under two regional supervisors during my time there and 1 was amazing and supportive and created a team centered environment. The other one bowed down to upper management, micromanaging therapist and expecting unrealistic productivity rates. Your happiness at this company depends on your regional supervisor and regional vice president not losing sight of what it’s actually like to work in the field. Many have been in the corporate ranks so long they have unrealistic expectations and create workflows that are not efficient.
