I witnessed Key look through every single expense they could cut without harming their employees. No one was laid off, no one had a pay cut and there was no drop in benefits. We have been thriving in a remote work environment. Keeping constant communication and virtual meetings to ensure we are all on the same page and still feel like a team. Key has built a team that can rely on and trust each other. Work life balance was always very generous with Key, remote work has only increased those benefits.

If you don't hold yourself accountable, hit your numbers or complete your expected tasks, you will not last long. The foundation of our laid back culture is trust. It is in trusting that you know what is expected and can get it done that allows the freedom. Those that take advantage of this reveal themselves quickly.
