Svantaggi

The owner and his henchman are: demeaning, degrading, rude & insulting and clearly didn't know the value of a powerful, successful FEMALE industry executive. He is a bully and a tyrant who has no idea how to run a successful business. Out of 4 new people, 3 were let go in their first 2 months. Do the math. He is a gatekeeper; a micromanager. He admitted to hiring his staff WITHOUT trusting them - capturing keystrokes, screen shots and punching a clock. You have to EARN your trust from day one. In 2 months I brought him six figures worth of business, but was only questioned as to why I did not produce more. He hires you under the guise of a BDM, when he really wants a telemarketer who will make calls - someone who should be seen and not heard. Do not question anything. Do not provide feedback or suggestions or he will reprimand you. His CRM is a hot mess. He blames the Travel Advisors when something goes wrong. Never once did I hear an apology to a client -he never accepts responsibility. I am a seasoned professional with experience in various capacities in the Travel Industry and I have never in my career worked for such a TYRANT! Do not accept a position from this person.

During the trial period, some of the new team members do not adapt and understand new technologies and the current dynamic and flexible working environment, We cannot solve the problems of today with yesterday’s thoughts and habits! Wish her the best of luck in her future career.

Vantaggi

If you're considering working for Keytours Vacations, I urge you to look beyond the surface. Many of the positive reviews here appear to be inauthentic — either written under pressure by employees or submitted by leadership themselves. It’s no secret internally that the company inflates its image on platforms like Glassdoor. There is no legitimate sales consultant or coordinator team — only an inside sales department. Titles are often used inaccurately to make the company seem more structured or impressive than it is. Over the years, several highly respected BDMs have come and gone. Nearly all of them have chosen to remove Keytours from their LinkedIn profiles entirely — not out of oversight, but to distance themselves from the company's unethical practices and poor industry reputation. From disorganized operations to a lack of integrity in client handling and internal communication, this is not a company that prioritizes its people or its partners. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, ethical, or growth-oriented work environment.

Svantaggi

I had a very brief stint working with Keytours Vacations — like many other experienced and well-respected professionals in sales and business development — and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve encountered. The company operates in a highly disorganized and unstable manner. The owner Koray is unhinged and major anger issues... There is constant turnover, especially in client-facing roles, and a culture that reflects poor leadership, limited support, and reactive decision-making rather than strategy or growth. The owner, Koray, has developed a well-known reputation for treating employees poorly. Hiring and terminations often occur abruptly and without transparency, leaving many feeling disrespected and undervalued. There are also ongoing concerns regarding how commissions and compensation are managed — with inconsistencies and a lack of clear structure. Though the company is marketed as a U.S.-based business, its internal operations and leadership style are driven by a very different set of values that many American professionals may find hard to align with. It’s also telling that several former employees have removed Keytours from their LinkedIn profiles — not out of oversight, but to distance themselves from the company’s reputation and internal practices. This is not an environment that fosters professional development, stability, or trust. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
