Bro/Sis … You might get good LPA package, but I have worked there before. It’s one of the worst companies that you could join. Right now with the AI boom they are hiring freshers just for vibe coding. They promise impossible deadlines to their clients and make you work really late. Because of this fast pace trash culture, there can be bugs in production which you would have to debug and fix, and if you can’t or clients aren’t satisfied your job is on the line. The CEO and CTO are the worst jokers I have ever met. They are in a business of milking freshers for easy money. They don’t care about company culture or your health. For a fresher I wouldn’t recommend joining this company.

Joined here after hearing good reviews from friends. Now I regret it. Earlier, the work culture was good, but now it’s the worst. Starting from the CEO, the leadership is extremely arrogant and does not care about employees. Pathetic leadership with zero empathy. The work culture is terrible, with very high work pressure. HR has also become highly micromanaging and unempathetic. Would never recommend this place.

One of the key concerns is the inconsistency in performance evaluation and role stability- it's all about their moods. At times, employees may experience sudden shifts in expectations, feedback, or decision-making without clear communication or continuity- things are not explainable and they keep blaming employees saying the problem is - "you can't take feedbacks". Additionally, support systems during critical personal phases or life events could be significantly improved. There appears to be a lack of structured policies and empathetic handling in such situations, which can lead to stress, uncertainty, and reduced engagement. There have also been instances where employees were not effectively utilized for extended periods, leading to ambiguity in role and contribution.
