At times, employees may experience sudden shifts in expectations, feedback, or decision-making without clear communication or continuity- things are not explainable and they keep blaming employees saying the problem is - "you can't take feedbacks".
Additionally, support systems during critical personal phases or life events could be significantly improved. There appears to be a lack of structured policies and empathetic handling in such situations, which can lead to stress, uncertainty, and reduced engagement.
There have also been instances where employees were not effectively utilized for extended periods, leading to ambiguity in role and contribution.
