KeyW is a pure play in the intelligence space. They do awesome work and make awesome products. The culture is great--very social. The feel is of a smaller company. And, the benefits--401k, PTO, and medical are best in class for their industry. For these three reasons, it's a great place to work. KeyW has made both the Washington Post and Baltimore Sun's top places to the work the past few years. Management is strong and cares about the employees. I'm in talent acquisition and the company is an easy sell to candidates.

I've been here about 2 years and the only con I could provide is KeyW is publicly traded. Not really a con, but some folks are so keen on public companies. That being said, the management is excellent in this regard. They balance commitment to the board and employees very well.
