Working hours in the HQ-office are reasonable compared to many other companies in Milan, colleagues are friendly, coffee is free, they provide everything you need to work (car when needed, PC, phone, screen,...). Overtime is paid by the minute and overall there are GREAT benefits and bonus. My boss do a good job without a tendency to micromanage, and the products offered are of good quality. Office has a perfect location and I fell good on my workplace most of the time.

The company seems stuck in the past. There's a persistent lack of cultural inclusivity. Even mentioning 'remote working' is taboo unless you're a manager or HR. Taboo are everywhere in the company. There is no flexibility on working hours in any way. The company strictly enforces a no-tattoos, no-coloured hair, no-piercings policy and so on, similar to army regulations. The dress code is enforced for men (not for women). Our contract do not adhere to the CCNL. Career progression is slow with poor investment in people. Top managers can ONLY be Japanese.

Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

Svantaggi

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.

Fast paced work environment. CRM is the best I have ever had access to. Data tracking and sales insight is top notch. The regional director for TSS in Michigan/Indiana is great to work under. Leads are easily available, the product is great and it’s easy to get in the door places.

Svantaggi

Metrics are more focused on quantity over quality. Frequently working 50+ hour weeks. Too many reps per territory and it can create a negative perception. Bonus structure vs straight commission is frusterating. Clear advancement structure however being ranked against peers with different sales targets in frusterating. Feels like a turn and burn type of mentality towards sales reps.
