As a current employee, we would like to be sure you are aware of some of the steps we have taken most recently that address issues you’ve raised.
First, Keyera has refreshed and relaunched leadership training to help ensure our managers understand the importance of managing effectively to support employees in their success. We’ve recently developed various tools to support career progression and promotions within the organization.
With respect to your comments on women in leadership, we want to be sure you are aware of our recently launched Women’s Employee Resource Group (WERG), whose vision is to create a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and leadership for women across all levels and roles at Keyera. This group is dedicated to raising awareness of the issues facing women in the workplace and membership is open to all employees. If you aren’t a member already, we hope you’ll consider joining us.
