The organization was disorganized, with processes in constant flux. The Project Management team experienced a high turnover rate, reflecting a lack of consideration for this key role within the Client Services department. Project Managers were subjected to extremely stressful and unethical situations due to a lack of transparency, feedback, and local market knowledge. There was an overwhelming focus on sales at all costs.

Generous PTO that encourages real breaks. Offices in Sweden, Spain, and the rest of Europe positively influences the American workers to also take breaks. Very nice founders of the company who are respectful and smart. Strong product and market fit.

Everything - promoted people they liked by popularity contest / pushed out people they didn’t like, ironically a history of firing smart, competent people who worked hard and had great ideas. When someone quit, the response was “couldn’t handle the pace here.” No self-reflection or awareness. If you’re looking for a job on LinkedIn and see “we’re hiring due to growth” ask if the growth is due to everyone quitting.
