Svantaggi
The HR team doesn’t understand employees, and every move of yours is tracked. You're forced to install an app that takes screenshots every 10 minutes and monitors keyboard activity. If your keyboard is idle, it’s assumed you’re not working, and your salary is deducted. There’s a DSR system where you must email about your checkout time, but before that, you have to inform your manager 10 minutes in advance. Instead of logging out, they set up a meeting, dragging your logout time by at least an hour. Logging out at 6 PM? You’re labeled a bad employee. I worked directly with the founder—he was my manager. He intruded into personal matters, especially targeting women with remarks like, “Why don’t you get married?” or “You’re not capable of working anywhere else.” I was the only designer handling four brands simultaneously. If I was truly incapable, was it my atma (soul) doing all the work? If you resign, they overload you with 10x the work and treat you terribly. Be cautious when negotiating. They exploit freshers, especially designers. The founder makes it a point to criticize everything you do, pushing your confidence to rock bottom. It’s a 6-day workweek, and every day demands at least 11 hours of work—without breaks. In every possible way, this place is toxic.
