Keymark is a great company to grow up

Sincerely they don’t have cons!

Great pay. That's it. Literally run. Do not work here.

Those in management favor profit over people and safety. They had over $2million in workman's comp claims in 2024 alone and have zero plans to make anything safer. If you value your health or have any self respect: run. They expect you to work 70+ hours a week. They will not train you for the job you're expected to know how to do and will absolutely scream at you for messing things up (even though they could've prevented the situation by training you). Inventory throughout the facility is a free-for-all (management can't figure out where all their missing inventory is going because they literally don't keep track of anything or hold anyone accountable). They hire people that don't speak any English. The work culture is like prison culture. Run far away from this place. You've been warned.
