Most co-workers are great! Of course there is always some that drive you nuts, but I must say there were not many. The office and location is amazing and just walking distance from Downtown Boise. Pay is good for Boise standards, but could be better for talented people. Sometimes it is hard to get people to listen to you and your ideas, but the new CEO is really giving its best to better this situation.

There is really nothing that ever bothered me.

Fun, yet professional environment. Kount/Keynetics is a place where the employees are excited to be at work. Everyone is friendly and management is focused on building an environment where the employees feel like they are part of a family.
