The company attracts candidates with a "fast growth" and "great culture" story. That may have been true(er) during the pandemic but not now. Company performed seems to be dropping, Jobs are being cut without any explanation, budgets keep getting crazy tighter, and employees are expected to do more and more with less. There is definitely a feeling things are not going well but at the same time employees are told "we're doing great" which is causing a lot of stress and confusion. The C-suite is basically a white boys club straight from the 80s. There are some talented people but their opportunities are largely driven by whether they are "in" with the right people (the boys club). There is no professional development at all, and workloads are over the top ridiculous. This ship is in trouble.
