Great team of employees who pull together and work well in an extremely fast-paced work environment. Option for some to work remotely from home 1-3 day per week depending on position. Lots of projects and new ideas means you never get bored with doing the same things all of the time. Overall vision and mission statement is positive, there is an opportunity to really change customer's lives in a really impactful way.

The company is extremely stressful to work for, too many projects trying to be completed simultaneously and goals frequently change as the owners get new ideas. Upper management and owners have a lot of great ideas, especially for improving customer experience and employee experience but rarely follow through as promised. They get sidetracked by other priorities. Difficult to maintain work-life balance and get all of your tasks done. As market changes, more emphasis is being put on profit. The company seems to be shifting away from its original vision and is much more sale focussed.
