Any employer whom designs offices for management only is a tell-tale sign of culture issues. The atmosphere is dry. Motivation and drive are depleted by negativity, bleak workspace, discourages communication, and plenty other life-sucking obstacles. A company times their employees bathroom breaks deserves to fail. No end goal in-sight, no action plan, fails at the simplest of duties per department, little transparency, etc. I think you get the point. This place needs to be overhauled by business consultation.
