I learned a lot and was brought in on many projects we had going on. The people at the company are also really cool and easy to work with.

Little pay for the amount of work I was doing.

- Final decisions often go through leadership of which's availability is limited - Leadership is often away from office for large stretches of time per year which hinders the team's ability to execute on decisions & projects - Not many opportunities for career advancement internally, part of it being a small company - Internal projects are often put on the backburner for so long that when they're revisited, the project has to start back at square one - Compensation isn't amazing - benefits have been improving though
