Keystone truly lives by their mission- they constantly serve their local communities, they prioritize their farmer members and the people that work there are the best! Great co-workers, great community initiatives, great place to be. 10/10 place to work if you want to be in agriculture and energy
Svantaggi
There aren't a lot- some seasons you have long hours but that is just how it is when you work in the agriculture industry!
Manager called me stupid, said he was letting me go due to attendance yet I was only missing 8 hours of PTO. Claimed work/life balance yet my mom died within my first week of working there so 3 months later, was still dealing with that and my manager called me stupid and my co-worker was constantly praised
