They don't deliver what was promised in the job offer letter. Poor compensation for the use of your own vehicle. They constantly pit one employee against another with "numbers" (ratings) which they arbitrarily change on a whim of the managers. Excessive travel. No communication - everything is done by email. You are a slave to an ONLINE time clock, and as a technician it extremely unfair as traffic can vary greatly in the morning especially, and if you are even more than 5 minutes late they threaten to dock you although to be fair they mostly do not. They also like to threaten to fire anyone for various reasons. I have several emails to verify this. Too many managers and too much micro-managing. Should I go on?
