Great location with easy access to the highway. The general staff are genuinely nice, welcoming, and fun to work with the day to day team culture is the best part of the job.

Upper management feels disconnected and only seems to value certain employees. If you’re not highly educated, white, or in a salaried role, it can feel like you’re invisible. Pay is inconsistent and can be pretty disappointing depending on the type of work you do.

Working at Keystone Environmental has been satisfying, allowing me to grow professionally with support from management and the project teams. Projects are diverse and challenging, with opportunity to experience broad categories of work on all levels of projects. Senior staff have been with Keystone for a long time. It shows that the company is a great place to work.
