      Friendly and professional team who know what they're doing when it comes to ecology and contracting. Impressive how a seemingly small organisation can win such large tenders and nationally significant projects, based on its in-house expertise and long-standing sub-contractor relationships. The fact that Keystone now sits under the umbrella of Origin Enterprises Plc, feels like there is security, investment, potential career progression and benefits for employees. It's a company experiencing change but certainly an exciting time to jump on board!

      Poor website doesn't reflect how much large-scale work Keystone does for big name clients. Current offices are in an old barn albeit in a stunning rural location - it will be much better when moving to brand new premises a little further south.

It’s great to hear our integration with Origin Enterprises is seen as a positive step for future growth. We agree on the old website and office space – the new website was long overdue and has been well received. As for the new premises, we're crossing fingers it won't be too much longer we have to wait.

      Rewarding work with a team that is dedicated and well trained. Working culture is good with the right level of support provided by senior management. Autonomy for managers (within reason) is excellent and it allows Keystone to be agile in terms of winning projects and delivering them. It does not feel overly corporate which is increasingly rare in most workplaces - Junior staff and managers regularly interact with senior management and challenge and feedback are welcomed and supported. Clear roles and responsibilities - There is a dedicated admin team that supports on all of the processes required for the business to operate smoothly. This is underrated in many current businesses. There is a strong established team structure which ensures that individuals are able to meet the expectations of their role.

      Sometimes capacity gets stretched due to the size of the team and the scale of the projects it is involved with. The site based team are presently based out of a separate premises which can result in reduced efficiency and some communication difficulties.
