Great team-work, incredibly accessible Project Management and Project Coordinators, highly structured remote-work platforms for field data, photos, etc.. Easy-to-navigate software platforms. When I have had questions, the Keystone team has never been more than a phone-call away. The strong teamwork culture is evident.

I have yet to encounter any 'cons'.

Great communication with higher ups and supervisors, Very laid back work environment, very patient as you train.

Lots of proceedure changes, Goals from management feel arbitrary and far too lofty to hit.
