The only positive aspect is their commitment to inclusion and diversity in the team. However, this effort is overshadowed by the poor management and toxic work environment.

The managers lacked basic social skills, making daily interactions difficult and demotivating. The company has an extremely high turnover rate, mostly relying on interns who are replaced every six months. This approach leads to zero effort in building connections or providing proper training. In a few months, I witnessed nearly every employee experience burnout or take extended sick leave for depression. The workplace culture is unsustainable and draining.

The team was very good and young with a lot of activities to know better each other. Emeran, my manager was perfect because he gave me a lot of different tasks to train me so I can develop some of my abilities and skills.

Interns don't have remote work allowed.
