Great environment and as the company grows so does the culture. Happy hour Friday's are great plus catered lunch on Thursday's.

Workload can be stressful at times but you get that with any growing company. Company needs to define itself and find their identity. Creating more structure and SOPs will help lessen the workload

I've been at Keyword for 3+ years full time, and they've provided me a tremendous opportunity to be a part of something special. They gave a chance to get into the industry when nobody else would, and I've tried my best to live up to that trust that they gave me. I thoroughly enjoy the working environment, and my co-workers. Part of what makes a company great is the workforce they assemble, and I feel that the crew that we have on board now is excellent. I can honestly say that there are no egos here. We all work collaboratively towards a common goal, and it shows in the quality of our product. Also, if you feel that you need additional training in some aspect of your field, they will accommodate you, and often times pay for that training. I couldn't recommend Keyword highly enough.

They bring in pastries everyday, and we've all gained a little weight over the past year. There can be a lot of project juggling and shuffling, and if you don't keep up, you'll fall behind quickly. But as long as you're organized, you're fine.
