Account managers pick favorites and give them the best open roles. Not everyone is set up for success. Absolutely a sink or swim environment. Kforce is a HUGE company and it's easy to get lost in the mix. You aren't really able to see where you make an impact. Call volume and hours in the office are micromanaged.
